Ritual Glaze is a 100% female owned startup based in Portland, Oregon. Our small team is led by founder Sarah Bingham.

After retiring from her career as a court stenographer, Sarah enrolled in college at 29 as a first-generation and non-traditional student. In 2022, she graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Applied Statistics from Smith College.

Sarah's devotion to materials science emerged while working at a small ceramic supply company in Massachusetts. After graduation, Sarah returned to her hometown of Portland, Oregon to launch Ritual Glaze.
